Mission

The Trainers' Roundtable was founded in 1990 by a small group of training professionals who wanted to provide an opportunity for all trainers to:

	Exchange ideas on specific training programs
	Share resources, such as materials and programs
	Become informed on current human resource issues and trends
	Get a few hours out of the office to exchange ideas with colleagues in a low pressure enviromnent
	Network with colleagues
	Consider alternatives to current techniques
