Learning Styles
Team Learning Space
- Description
- Many trainers are familiar with experiential learning and the benefits
of appealing to a variety of learning styles in training design and
delivery. More recently, the implications for experiential learning
on team development and learning have become more apparent in the notion
of a team’s “learning space.’ This workshop provides
an introduction to team learning space and how it can be used to enhance
problem solving and in facilitating instruction.
More specifically, this session will:
- Demonstrate the experiential learning model in a simulated activity
- Illustrate how aspects of individual learning style present themselves
in a team setting
- Show the connection between problem solving and learning on teams
Participants may want to complete the Learning Styles Inventory available
on line at www.haygroup.com/TL.
Hay Resources charges $15 for the survey. All other materials will be
provided at the session.
